Have you ever had an emotional reaction to someone or something and thought, “Why did I react like that?” Maybe you got defensive or raised your voice, even though you didn’t mean to — but couldn’t stop yourself.
Often, those intense reactions aren’t about what’s happening in the moment, they’re echoes from earlier experiences, from the younger parts of us that still hold unprocessed emotions.
This is where the concept of the inner child comes in. It refers to the part of your psyche that carries memories, experiences, and emotions from childhood. It represents your authentic, unconditioned self, full of innocence, creativity, curiosity, and vulnerability.
In inner child work, we focus on connecting with and integrating the parts of ourselves that may have become frozen, stuck, or hidden due to past experiences. By meeting these parts with compassion, we begin to heal and no longer react from that wounded place.
Our wounded inner child often unconsciously influences our decisions and may affect our relationships, our sense of self-worth, and our ability to set boundaries. This breathwork session offers a safe space to reconnect with your inner child, helping release feelings of unworthiness, self-doubt, anxiety, and guilt — and to come home to yourself with softness and awareness.
In this session, you will be guided to tap into your body through your breath, connecting with the feelings and sensations that arise.
Our breath is connected with every emotion, experience, and thought. We all have a story, and our breath pattern shows that. If we consciously connect to our breath, we can change those patterns, clear restrictions, feel more empowered, and find emotional freedom.
You will experience 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤—a practice that can open you to deep emotional release, altered states of consciousness, and profound self-discovery. This is a journey to free your mind, connect with your body, and reclaim your inner power.

Ceremonial cacao is heart medicine. It doesn’t push, but gently opens. It softens the noise, creates space for clarity, and reconnects you with your emotions, intuition, and inner truth. I’ve found it to be grounding, nourishing, and it always brings me back to my heart.
