What’s often missing is space — to slow down, to feel, and to reconnect with the body beyond the noise of the mind.

Awareness alone does not create change. Understanding your patterns is not the same as shifting them.
Real change happens when the body is involved. When the nervous system is regulated.
When stored tension, suppression, and internal pressure are given space to move.


My work focuses on the body, breath, and nervous system as the gateway to clarity, regulation, and sustainable transformation.
Through breathwork, somatic practices, and fascial maneuvers, I guide individuals and groups into experiences that support release, resilience, and embodied shifts.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about learning how to meet yourself differently.

This online introductory session is a space for you to share more about your current situation and your intention for the journey ahead. It also gives you a sense of what it feels like to work with me and what would best serve your current needs.
You’ll leave the call with simple tools you can start using right away — and more clarity about whether this work feels aligned for you.

Breathwork sessions

A space to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself as you are.

We begin with an inquiry, where we explore the topic, emotion, or experience that’s alive for you. This is a space to build awareness and set a clear intention for the session, not from a place of fixing, but from deep listening and presence. We meet what arises gently, with compassion.
Every breathwork session is different because you are different every time.
Whether you need tools to support your daily life, to regulate your breath, calm your nervous system, and build emotional resilience, or you might be ready to go deeper, to move through something stored in your body, to release what you’ve been holding onto. I’ll meet you there. And your breath knows the way, it’s not about fixing, it’s about tapping into your own power and finding answers from within.
Each session is tailored to meet you where you are.
This is your process, at your pace.
Everything we do is shaped around your needs and the state of your nervous system in that moment. We don’t push. We don’t force. We meet the body exactly where it is.

My approach
As a facilitator and mentor at Alchemy of Breath, I guide deep conscious connected breathwork journeys, as well as draw from various other breathwork modalities that support nervous system health and emotional healing.
My approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and fully tailored to you. The work is body-based, heart-led, and always rooted in safety, awareness, and trust.
