And while you spend time in your mind, the bridge to this change is actually your breath.
Through the breath, your body speaks, your nervous system softens, and deeper layers can be felt, released, and integrated.
Because the body holds what the mind cannot.
This space isn’t about fixing or forcing change.
It’s an invitation to soften, to meet yourself exactly where you are.
Before we enter the breath, we begin with gentle self-inquiry.
Through intuitive coaching and reflection, we uncover what’s ready to be seen,
so your breath can move with clarity and purpose.
Then, the breath takes you deeper,
beyond words, beyond stories,
into the part of you that already knows how to heal.


My approach

As a facilitator and mentor at Alchemy of Breath, I guide deep conscious connected breathwork journeys, as well as draw from various other breathwork modalities that support nervous system health and emotional healing.
My approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and fully tailored to you. The work is body-based, heart-led, and always rooted in safety, awareness, and trust.

Why book a series of sessions?

Some experiences — whether recurring patterns, deep-seated stress, or past trauma — need more than a single session to fully move through.
Booking multiple sessions allows your body, mind, and nervous system to gradually release, integrate, and recalibrate over time.
Think of it as a journey rather than a quick fix:
▹ each session builds on the previous one, helping you access deeper layers safely.
▹ it gives your nervous system time to adjust and strengthen between sessions
▹ you create a consistent practice of returning to yourself, noticing shifts, and embodying new patterns
Whether you choose a 5- or 10-session bundle, it’s about giving yourself the space to unfold, heal, and grow fully, at your own pace.
