You want to move forward, but it’s almost like you’re hitting an upper ceiling.
You’ve explored with your mind, you understand the patterns, but you still somehow navigate in the same way. Make the same decisions. Nothing shifts.
And while you spend time in your mind, the bridge to this change is actually your breath.
Through the breath, your body speaks, your nervous system softens, and deeper layers can be felt, released, and integrated.
Because the body holds what the mind cannot.
This space isn’t about fixing or forcing change.
It’s an invitation to soften, to meet yourself exactly where you are.
Before we enter the breath, we begin with gentle self-inquiry.
Through intuitive coaching and reflection, we uncover what’s ready to be seen,
so your breath can move with clarity and purpose.
Then, the breath takes you deeper,
beyond words, beyond stories,
into the part of you that already knows how to heal.

My approach
As a facilitator and mentor at Alchemy of Breath, I guide deep conscious connected breathwork journeys, as well as draw from various other breathwork modalities that support nervous system health and emotional healing.
My approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and fully tailored to you. The work is body-based, heart-led, and always rooted in safety, awareness, and trust.
