Session will take around 75-90 mins.

You will be guided to tap into your body through your breath, connecting with the feelings and sensations that arise.
You will experience 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, a practice that can open you to deep emotional release, altered states of consciousness, and deep self-discovery. This is a journey to free your mind, connect with your body, and open to love, presence, and a deeper sense of aliveness.
