Life force activation
At the end of 2024, I’ve been feeling energy in ways I couldn’t explain.
Subtle movements… waves through my body… an inner aliveness I had no words for. It was quiet and powerful. And it kept deepening. I knew I had to be in Bali earlier this year, but now I know why: Mama Bali was calling me to explore magical portals.
And there, everything aligned.
Through a friend, I ended up in an online HEKA session with Sophie Sun. I remember thinking, “This feels so familiar.”
There was an instant resonance with the frequency. I didn’t know anything, but I knew – this speaks to me.
Here, I might find guidance. And my whole being said yes. That moment led me to explore this frequency even deeper. Intense days in training, bathing in this powerful energy, and learning to surrender more. Initiation.
Since stepping into this space, I’ve felt a full rewiring, layers shed, energy flowing in new ways. I’ve felt more alive, more connected, more me. It’s a remembrance.

What is a HEKA activation?
A HEKA activation is a deep, immersive experience – an invitation into a field of resonance, where your body, nervous system, and energy naturally begin to return to coherence.
As your system resonates with the frequency, life force energy moves in the way that best supports you, creating shifts on a physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual level.
Within this coherent field, your body’s innate intelligence begins to respond. Energy moves organically, reorganising, clearing, and restoring what is ready to come back into balance. There is nothing to force and nothing to fix. Your body simply responds to the frequency in its own time and in its own way.
During a HEKA activation, I open myself fully to become a clear channel for the Living Light frequency. I surrender the need to control, direct, or influence the experience, allowing the energy to move where it is invited. My role as a facilitator is to hold a coherent field in which your own system can respond.
Through sound, presence, and the living frequency, your body begins to respond naturally. Some people experience spontaneous movement, emotional release, waves of energy, deep stillness, or expanded awareness. Nothing is forced. Everything unfolds at the pace your body is ready for.
Many describe it as a remembrance – a return to themselves. A quiet yet profound recalibration of the whole system. While it is often difficult to put into words, it is deeply felt.
